1071. TNHH 4.10 Public release

Everybody, including those who aren't member of the TNHH Group, can now download The Neighborhood Handler version 4.10. This new version adds support for Superstar, and it has 2 new fucntions: rezone an Unleashed neighborhood (without demolishing buildings), and the family index. I added the Summer Rose Bedroom set today and also a "lightly" hacked version of the bed which is visitor enabled for use in downtown, community and studio lots.

"and... Action!" Studio Town has it's first additions with Breckenridge Studios - designed for the practical sim that needs to build funds as well as fame - and Mainstream Music. Mainstream Music has all the music objects plus a coffee shop, rec area and spa.

I have just added two new skin submissions. Both are very good. The first is by Carrie B, and is a skin of Freddie Mercury. You can access it here.
