Due to the relaunch of this site, and still a lot of development going on behind the scenes at this site, The Neighborhood Handler's public release got delayed a bit, unfortunately. Members of the TNHH group could already download version 4.01 of the program, but now everybody can. If you don't have THE program to manage your neighborhoods with yet, or a version older than 3.7, you should download the full version. If you belong to the group that has version 3.7 or higher already, you'll have enough with the upgrade version.
