The Neighborhood Handler 3.5 has been released only weeks ago, but version 3.6 is coming soon...
There is still a bit of work to be done, but I expect to release it in about a week to the group, and it will be available here a week later.The main new features are repairing a neighborhood (Expansion pack only) and the copying of a downtown area (Hot Date only). Repairing a neighborhood checks if any files are missing, and then copies those from the templates directory (which contains all default neighborhood files).
