Several fansites have reported that the latest update of nVidia drivers causes problems with the Sims 3. The 191.07 version may cause the game to crash back to the desktop. If you experience the problem, revert back to an older version of the drivers. Until then EA recommends to not update to this version, and wait for a new revision of the nVidia drivers to upgrade.
