Some people were having trouble with the download codes for the pre-order gifts of Seasons. If you were unable to download your item you may find help in a BBS thread by MaxoidDrea, giving the correct redemption URLs as well as solutions with the codes from specific resellers. If you pre-ordered from GameStop you may need to add an 'R' to the end of the code. If you're having trouble with the code from Play.com, post a message in the BBS thread to get help. Another little hint: try your code for some of the other bonus downloads. It may just work for more than one item, though possibly no more than three.
