Due to a temporary issue on the official site's exchange, a "small number" of exchange uploads has not been uploaded correctly. Although the issue is resolved now, there might be some items with a broken image with some uploads. If this is the case with one of yours, Maxis suggests that you reupload the file. The problem may have occured with any item uploaded between 12pm PST (8pm GMT) on 11 May and 3:30pm (11:30pm GMT) on 12 May. If you see any broken images at an exchange item for you, which may be a lot, sim or story, Maxis advises to reupload it. They also apologise for the inconvenience. "If you uploaded content to the exchange between 12 PM PST on May 11th and 3:30 PM PST on May 12th and see a broken image (red X) with your upload, there was an error with your upload. We had an exchange issue that affected a small portion of exchange uploads during this time period. The issue is resolved now.
"If you see a broken image on your uploaded lot, sim, or story's page, you will need to delete the broken upload and re-upload your sim, lot, or story to the exchange.
