Even More Sims 2 Screenshots
We already received 5
screenshots last night which showed the landscaping tools in The Sims 2, but a few more have been published as well. With the Body Shop coming really close now - probably just 2 weeks until the release - Maxis is promoting it big. The next newsletter will probably be about that again, as two new screenshots appeared on the
Scoop page. They show how much you can customize your Sim again, and that you can make them as pretty or as ugly as you like. They're in a slightly similar fashion as
last week. The third one comes from
GamePro, and shows the in-game CAS. With that you can also customize Sims although not as much as with the Body Shop. You can see all screenshots by clicking the thumbnails below.

Cheetah, is the Body Shop a part of the sims2? They're seperate? Do you buy the body shop, create sims, then buy the sims2, and somehow put the sims you created with body shop into the sims2? I'm discombooblated { confused }

You make your bodies and faces and when SIMS 2 is out put them in the game and play away!
Hope that un-discombooblated you!

A lot of info is also in our
Knowledge base. The Body Shop is free and will be released in May. You can then get it as free download from the official sims 2 site. You can make Sims in The Sims 2 itself too (that's also where you create the personality), but the Body Shop is necessary to make custom clothing and such. Besides that, the Body Shop is far more extended than the Sims 2's in-game CAS (Create-A-Sim).
