Knowledge - Question

Whenever I try to install the starter pack into Body Shop, it won't do it! It says it's installed, but then I open the program and it isn't! Can someone help me?

Please, can someone give me a suggestion? I really don't want to be stuck with such limited stuff as comes with just Body Shop...
