No, Sims will not be able to get in the car and drive away...but there will be a community lot. I suppose we'll have to get there the old fashioned way: clicking the button.

yeah they can hav a car they will use it as a way of getting around instead of taxis or trams

No official information about personal transportation, but if there was I think a system like in Bustin Out would be appropraite insted of us driving the cars.

maybe when the sims reach the teen stage a pop-up will appear asking if you want to learn to drive and get a licence, and pre-made adults will get the pop-up right away. I don't know if Maxis is doing this I'm just guessing although it would be really cool if they did that!

I believe everything that was orginally walking in TS1, will be done via cars. Maybe the Paper Girl will ride past your house on a Bike, and throw a newspaper at your doorstep?

i have heard that u can hav a car but it will only be on show. When u come more advanced in ur working carrer ur car becomes more fancier.
