how will the sim know when she is prgnant . Do they tell you after you play or?

i've read that a sim knows when she is pregant when she starts have morning sickness....i bet thats fun i wonder if you miss the toliet if you have to clean up your barf. Can you get sick from that and have to clean the new barf and then it is a never ending cycle.....wow...that would suck

After your sims have done "play" if she is pregnant she will be sick afterwords
