I had to reinstall for EPs, and imported my families back in. But after I did this, all the relationships (family friends) were gone. The only ppl left in the relationship bars were people from their own family. Is there a file I forgot to copy?

When "importing" families, the relationships with their neighbours are not copied. You need to make a complete back-up of the neighborhood for that. That means you have to at least copy the Neighborhood.iff file, and the "Houses" and "Characters" directories. The Neighborhood Handler does it all for you too.
