One of my sims face icons does not show up for some reason! My other sim she lives with has his icon visible but her's is invisble and I cannot click on her! Is this a glitch? Is it the skin? Can it be fixed?

It is the skin. I have had similar problems. Try playing the skin for a while. Sometimes it comes good.
