In the Sims 2 Pets can two sims that are married have babies?

Well of course they can. When you have them "relax" on the bed and click on the other sim while one is active it will give you a menu....."cuddle, kiss, make out, woo-hoo, or try for baby".

They don't even have to be married to have children, but they do have to be best friends AND in love. You'll see the hearts up there to show the level of their relationship.
