umm. i don't no if there is. u cud try the tombstone of l and d but i think after u select to make ur sim pregnet u can only do it once, i don't think ur sims can have more the 2 babies at a time. but u no anything is possible with bool prop cheat, try playing around with it.
boolProp testingcheatsEnabled true in case u don't no but u probably do
