Sorry Im new but how do I get downloads onto my sims game??

Download the files into the download folder, after that unzip them all there and you have them.
NOTE: some objects need a certain expansion pack so make shure that you have the required one before downloading. If you don't the game may crash or the object will disapear when you go to live mode.
