ever time i leave the lot to go to a community lot and come back, eveyone is outside talking and then they get sick. plz help me.

Maybe you have cockroaches, as for the talking I think your sims are just sociable. Call the cockroach man (: He will sort out your vermin, and you'll get a chat out of it.
