Knowledge - Question
(Game) screen size defult 800x600. Need it to be 1024x768 but it's not an option on game. How do I fix it so it's 1024x768?

ok i don't know if u can but try.... when u r either on a lot or neighbourhood i'm not sure go to options(i think neighbourhood) and somewhere there is settings or something similar and then there is graphics as an other menu IN setting and when u click on graphics a kind of menu is supposed to come up and at the bottom there is supposed to be something with resolution or size i'm not sure but try checking the options menu more carefully and i'm sure you'll find it

If you have the Nvidia card and your screen resolution is stuck at 800x600, try this method, it has worked for many people.
Look for the Graphics Rules.sgr file in C:/Program Files/EA GAMES/The Sims 2/Seasons/TSData/Res/Config/Graphics Rules.sgr
Open "Graphics Rules.sgr" in notepad.
Look for "option ScreenModeResolution" and you will see settings for Low, Medium, and High. Copy the medium settings and paste them over the low settings or simply change all the resolution settings to the highest possible for your monitor.
