Yes theres a special food appliance i think its something like The Chef Counter or somthing like that.
Yes you can, you need to make a building, put down a restaurant podium, tables and like vel10 said there is a special oven that chefs use.
P.S to the questions above
All ovens and chef counters can only be used at a communtiy lot, NOT at a home business sadly. But you can stick with the handing out food willy nilly kind of aprooch in a home business
