After university finishes the installation the autoupdater starts and then has some kind of an error "error durin update..". i read in another post that this can be fixed if you turn off the anti-virus, but it doesn't work for me. any other suggestions?

i dunno, i just got sims university....mayb it is the kind of computer u have? or mayb u need to re-install sims 2...sorry but i dunno wat to do...i had a problem with sims when i couldn't play it at all, the icon just - just well was gone, mayb try control alt delete? my suggestions may be dumb but i guess u can try.
