I installed sims 1 on my computer(windows xp) and after autoplay a black screen pops up and then returns to the desktop, the error report says 'The following files will be included in the report C:\DOCUME~1\Mom\LOCALS~1\Temp\646a_appcompat.txt

Sorry to say this has happened to me and we have the same computer (windows xp) and i had to get a new game and my mate couldnt fix it and hes knows everything about computers.
