Where can i find an object like a cofee machine that maxes out al needs, like hunger etc. who can help me?

I found one in the electronics section of the "buy mode", where you would find the tvs, stereos and stuff. Click on the phone icon and you will see a gray square thing it may be about 10,000 simoleons but its worth it. They won't need to sleep, eat, pee or socialize if they don't want to. All of their needs will be met. If you do not see this , you may need to download it from the Sim site. I can't remember how I acquired it, I've had it for so long.
