When I'm playing Open for business( at the community lot I bought to make a business ) When costomer comes and taking the item that he wants to buy and going to pay He is paying but I dont recive (sometimes) the money. why?

On my one it comes but it can take a while

Consider looking at the price of the item. If the price is too low you may not notice the difference.
On the rarest ocassion if you owe a certain amount of money to this sim he/she could charge you with your items,
