There's no calendar in The Sims 2 (just weeks), and so no holidays either - you'll have to act as if it's a holiday. You can make Sims buy and give away items I think (not 100% sure), and possibly flowers too.

Also, don't expect an answer within a minute. Posting a "Please anwcer!!!" like you did actually causes less attention to your question because it won't appear in the Unanswered Questions list then. Thank you.
