i say its complicated because theres a whole string of things u have to do to pull this off. Kids cant get pregant tho. Young adults and up can. U can get someone pregnant BY the kids tho.

shift click on any sim and Spawn the tombstone of L and D.

click on that a bunch of times until u see, get pregnant by...and then click on whoever.

you can go to a website and down load a patch that makes it to where teens and young adults get married it's called inteenimater just look that up on search and it will tell you
