You need University to accomplish that.

OR you could build Jane Sim only, then build June Jones only, put on differant lots, then go to one of them, and do this:

Ctrl, Shift, C
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
Shift-Click on selected sim
Spawn
Tombstone of Life and Death
invite other sim over (if need be, Shift-Click on mailbox, and click "Make me know everyone", then invite other sim over)
When Sim arrives, click on Tombstone, then click add ____ to family, or, if more then one person is there, Add to family . . . _____. Do this for as many people as you want. You can even have more then 8 sims in one house this way. Works for NPCs, too. Even when they're working. (but they'll stop working and you'll have to hire more help)

NOTE: IF THE NPC IS SOMEONE LIKE THE GRIM REPPER, OR THE HULA GIRLS, THEY WILL NOT STAY ON THE LOT, BUT THEY WILL SHOW UP IN THE PICTURE WHEN YOU START TO RE-ENTER THE LOT.
