I have got Open For Business and I would like to get Nightlife. If I install Nightlife now, will it cause any problems? If it will and I have to uninstall, how can I keep all my businesses that I spent so much time on?

It will NOT cause any problems. You just install Nightlife and then you are good to go, but when you play the game to start it up you will have to use your Open For Business cd.
