can you make an alien/green skin and black eyes.and how do you customize the sims skin.

you cannot get alien skin but you can't get black eyes aswell mabye brown eyes are just as good

Yes you can, type the boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true and go to the create-a-family. Then press shift + N. A message will come up saying that you have uncloked secret skins. Now go to the skin colour selection and click the green. And for the eyes go to the eyes section and click the black. There!
