Even if both of the parants are vampires the baby will not be born a vampire because if the baby was born a vampire it would never grow up and he/she would be too young to drink the cure or be influansed to and when the sun comes up the baby's needs would drop and he/she can't go in a coffin so the social worker would take the baby away.
