I have a dell computer, i tried installing the sims 2 university but it stops at 51%. i saw that it was something with the dell drive but when i was going to download it, it said to have a floppy disk, but our computer doesnt have a floppy disk drive.help

You don't need a floppy disk drive. This is a common complaint with some Dell CD units that need their firmware updating.
Should be sortable from Dell's website if they're still using these buggy CD drives.
