Make sure you don't mistake any letters for numbers in the password, e.g. typing a number one (1) instead of lowercase letter L (l), or number zero (0) instead of capital O (O). You can also use copy/paste from the e-mail to enter the password, but you have to make sure not to copy any additional spaces then. If you keep having trouble, and you can't login within 48 hours after registration, you'll need to re-register. You can then use the same username. Otherwise, e-mail us with the following details:

* Your username
* Your e-mail address you registered with
* The time you registered
* The password you want to have

We can then change the password for you so you can login again.

Once you make your own password, be sure you remember whether caps lock is on or off. I spent ten minutes trying to log onto the Sims Zone with my password all in lowercase when it turned out caps lock was on.
