One of my sim babies grew up to be two sims, but there was only one icon for them both. I could only control one of them unless it was asleep or at school, then I could control the other one. Was tricky keeping the other one away from military school!
But this may have been a bug in the game.

Also one of my ghosts duplicated recently :s... weird
