Maxis Luc said there might be a basement, does any one have more info on this?

Well there is no tool on the Sims 2 to creat basemants, so you have to play around with the landscape tools. Maxis Luc said there will NOT be a landscape tool.

I'm not sure if you can have a basement under ground, but I know for sure that you can have 3 stories.

OK here is your answer. I saw a chat that is only a couple weeks old and GOOD NEWS someone figured out how to do basements so yes you can have basements. And if you wondering how, dont worry I'm sure the tutorial added in will teach you a thing or two.
