Can sims get really obese and die or real skinny (annorexia) and die?
7 Answers
Yes,their body shape change over time.
Sims who exercise will stay fit and trim, when they don't, they get fat.

You can be really skinny or fat depending if you excersise or not.
But I don't think that people would die from being fat. Aspecially not from being anerexic because some younger kids might play the game.

NO people can not die from being too fat or skinny. They can die of things like drowning, electrocution, old age and more!

Well... lol... about the "bust" issue I think that every girlz is the same size and I think that when a sim goes from teen and up, their hair will stay the same.
