I installed all the sims up to sims superstar, when i try to open up the game it tells me that there was a problem and then it closes! does any one know what i can do?i've reinstalled these stupid games a million times...and ive had this problem before!

is there a scratch on the disc

did you use the earzer before you
reinstalled it if not it wont install right, frist go to disk 1 and expore
it and open the earzer and click on it
and it will say all reg files are removed,than uninstall the game and re install it it should work than
