How do I download directx 9.0c onto a cd? Do I have to have a cd burner? I don't have the internet so I'm getting it from another computer. My computer is windows xp. I'm not sure how to burn cds either.
if you have windows xp you should
already have dx9.0,go to start
than go to system tools than go to
system infomation,than tools direct x diagostic,this will tell you what dx
you have it shoud already direct x 9.0
