Where can i get Glacier Glass from?

It's a rare ingredient, meaning you have to perform one of the challenges for it. Go up to one of the vendors [I find Mara is most likely to give you this ingredient] and click Talk To. She'll send you on some kind of quest and when you're done, go back and click Talk To again.

You can get it very rarely from Mara the fairy. There is no doubt that you have to do a quest or sumthing first =]
