Is there a cheat to unlock all locations?

"Yes there is. For PS2 is { Circle, L2, Left, Circle, Up, Circle}
You need to unlock the Cheat Gnome first it's{ L1, R1, Up, X, R2} A Gnome will appear int the front of your house go to that Gnome and and Press it...And then it will tell U to Unlock all Lots..

For the Gamecube Gnome is {L, R, Up, A, Z} and the Cheat to unlock All Lots is {X, Z, Left, X, Up, X} U got to do it in less than 30 seconds for these cheats to work....
