I am running Windows XP SP2 and I have the Sims Complete Collection. When I click on Install, it gives me an EPSON Scan dialog box for some reason. Is there any way I can fix this and get it to install?

Try inserting the disk, and then going to the windows start button and click run. When the box pops up go to browse and select your disk drive and it should show the contents of the CD. Look for something called setup or something else to that effect. Are you clicking this button in the window that pops up when you insert the disk? I hate that thing, I wish there was a way to disable that.
