Knowledge - Question

I have installed on my computer the sims and makin magic, I wanted to install deluxe, so i started to do that, then I cancelled it, and uninstalled makin magic. When I try and install deluxe again the desktop freezes before it even loads the disk, why?

you need to use the earzer on disk 1
than uninsallit and than it should run right
