Kids can make a spell or charm if they have a magic wand and a Magico Neomagical Newt. Kids ingredients have the following sources:
toadstools- get toadstool chair and sit in it and they will grow on your lawn
dragon tears/scales- get a pet dragon and groom and tickle it a lot
faerie dust-get the purple "fairy dust toybox" and play with it.

With dragons, tickling gives you dragon tears and grooming gives you dragon scales. Kids are more likely to get these but they don't go right to inventory, they go on the floor so adults can pick them up too. By the way dragons eat your outdoor plants and toadstools.

yes they can. you have to buy a dragon from viki vamprise for 49 coins. you can tickle him or groom him to get dragon scales or dragon tears.
