Knowledge - Question

everytime i try to install the sims 2 holiday edition and says please insert disc number 1 and then thats all, what do i need to do to install it?

I also have the same problem, "PLease Enter Disk #1", and that it. Even though disk #1 is in the DVD it still asks for Disk #1.
