How do you use paint for skin and stuff, (or just clothing if its to hard)
When you say paint, do you mean the program? If so, you can export a skin, genetic or piece of clothing in Body Shop, open it in paint (you'll find it in My Documents/EA Games/Sims 2/Projects in the folder name you've specified that the project be named). As you make adjustments, you can save it in paint and click the refresh button to see your changes until you've gotten it right.
However, I would not recommend using paint for anything Sims related because it's a horrible program (unless you're just trying to put a logo on a t-shirt or something). You really need a decent graphics program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro to work on graphics properly.
