how come the cheat where you "left click on the sim, choose spawn, then sim modder, baby appears, click motives" and yea how come it doesnt work

U have to shift click!

This is the same person...... i did shift left click its just i click on spawn and it does have the sim modder or something like that.... well it doesnt have that option!
