Every time my sim gets pregnant, i only have 1 baby. I want twins, but it's only happened once! I've tried the hot tub,eating lots of spaghetti and woohooing loads of times but nothing works. Any ideas?

Twins are supposed to be rare. There's no magic formula that guarantees twins.

There's no trick to it. they say the spaghetti works but it duznt. they say woohooing works but it duznt. theres a 10% chance every time

No. I know. I have played the sims 4 eva! I have gotten twins most times when my sims really loves kids, or really wants one. The chaet dosnt work be patient!:)

hey. yeh there is a cheat u can do to create twins. it really works. ok when ur sim is in labour bring up the cheat boxx and type in: IntProp chanceOfTwins 100 . note the spaces and capitals as they are important. i swear this works ive used it on loads of sims and have gotten loads of twins hehe. hope this helps
