you have to greet the matchmaker first before you can buy potions...

I did that and I still can't get it. I have the Inteemeter thing... is that causing problems for game play?

Probably, I suggest you uninstall, otherwise it's because you don't have the patch.

Hi Birdyfly.

Can I ask you if your problem ever got fixed? I just installed Nightlife as well and have the same glitch where I can only greet or dismiss the matchmaker, but not buy anything from her. Was it a hack? Which hack?

I don't think I can scope room either, but this may be connected.

In case anyone is still looking at this post...........I took out the hacks in my game using the clean installer, and now everything works.

Just wanted to be helpful :)
