Knowledge - Question

My sims game wont start...well it starts up and when it loads in the beginning it like doesnt go, it stays there and doesnt come to the neighborhood screen

Sounds like a game crash. Try deleting the objects in the Download folder if you have installed custom objects. if it dont work i strongly reccomend re-installing the game.
