I am trying to install sims2 and it loads fine then it tries to run ok but the screen flickers between normal and bright red which makes it impossible to play, I have a duron 1200+ and geoforce 5200. Any suggestions please!!!

New graphic drivers needed, the being bright red is a symptom of incompatible drivers.
Go to NVidia's site and download the newest drivers, that should sort the problem out.
