Hi, if I evict my family will they: a) appear on the create/select a family b) keep they net worth (if not, how much money will it show up as on the select a family screen?) and c) will there old house still be there?

As long as your don't delete the family from the family page they will be there with all of their money. And so long as you dont demolish the house it too will be there.

And their job. What they don't keep is their mood, when they move into a new house they won't be depressed anymore they'll be really cheerful.
