How can You make three story houses?

Currently, it's impossible. With The Sims 2, however, you will be able to build up to 5 stories, including a basement!

I saw this cheat website that had somthing about three stories.

You cannot make more than 2 stories in The Sims 1, not with any cheat whatsoever. The Sims 2 will allow you to build 3 stories, basements (probably) and a roof.

The only possibility to make something look like 3 stories in The Sims 2, is raising part of the terrain a lot and building two stories on that part. Then another floor on the bottom floor, and it looks a bit like 3 stories.
