How many neighbourhoods are there? My friend has bout 5 and we have the same version but I only have 1!

The original game on its own only supports one Neighbourhood, but this is easily got round by shifting the neighourhood files around manually.
For built-in support of multiple neighbourhoods, you need Livin Large or later.
You said you can shift around the files to create multiple neighborhoods...can you do that without an ep?
